Just wanted to let you know that I had one of the best experiences at your store I came inlooking for some parts for my husbands bike for his birthday. Michael in the parts dept showed me lots of things and recommended some things for his bike. Even though I was just looking and not buying today. Josh at HD set my helmets up with all the Bluetooth crap I purchased. I was overwhelmed and couldn't do it. He spent 45 min. Installing and Katelyn helped set up all Bluetooth functions as to Josh said "not me", lol.

They go ABOVE AND BEYOUND for customer service!

They didn't charge me, when I'm sure they could have. So I had to get him a gift card as a Thank you.

In August myself and three friends were traveling cross country, I pre-selected D & S for a simple engine oil change for all four bikes as this was about our half way point. However, my bike self destructed the day before. (110 lifter failure) Josh and Dennis were outstanding in diagnosing my issue and helping me with car rental / shipping info as well as letting me keep the bike there until the shipper could pick it up. The rest of the service visit was handled quickly and even included some welding of an exhaust leak. Spectacular customer experience!

Most recent experience at D&S Harley Davidson in Medford, Oregon was THE best I've ever had. Great people, great attitude, and a deal that made me smile.
