What a Garage Party™ We Had!

Well, we held our first Garage Party™ this month and judging from the emails and phone calls since then, it looks we'll be doing it again! Twenty-nine women showed up on March 5 to learn about riding, try on goggles and find out how to pick up a 750-pound motorcycle. (Everyone who tried it, succeeded! You should have heard the cheers.) We made dinner -- and a lot of new friends -- and hopefully we encouraged some women to get out there and try seeing the world on two wheels.

WITW Meeting
The Wild Rogue Chapter of Women in the Wind will meet for its annual Membership Meeting this month at Sophia's in Grants Pass. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. The group is open to women who ride. For more information, email terrie@dsharley.com

HOG Meeting
It's a meeting on the curb this month! Our Southern Oregon No. 1 HOG Chapter will meet at D&S at 9 a.m., then ride to the staging area of the Pear Blossom Parade in Medford. They'll meet there while they wait for their turn to join the parade. You must be a current member of the chapter to ride with the group, or sign a release form.
