Happy October!

It's the time of year when skulls and all things black and gnarly are in style. But if you want to wear yours 12 months out of the year, you better have a Harley in the garage.

We've got new 2007 models rolling in every day -- 96-cubic-inch, 6-speed stock V-Twins, and the new fuel-injected Sportster. Take a test ride on Demo Day, Oct. 28.

We also have just a couple of 2006 V-Rods and XL883s on the clearance rack -- marked way down, to move! So come by and make us an offer.

And -- for all you Southern Oregon No. 1 HOG members -- save big at our Spooktacular Sale , Wednesday, Oct. 25. Biker costumes are encouraged!

Mark Adams is the new face behind our Service Counter, and we're happy to have him there. Mark grew up around classic motorcycles, and moved to the Rogue Valley.

Ride for Brittney on Saturday

Saturday, Oct. 14, is the Brittney Mallory Memorial Ride.The poker ride starts at D&S around 10 a.m. and ends with a party at Touvelle Lodge.

Prizes include guitars autographed by God Smack and Rob Zombie, a NASCAR shirt signed by Jeff Burton #31, overnight stays at Lake of the Woods and Running Y Resort and a $500 gift certificate to your favorite Harley dealership! (That would be us.) Show up at 9 a.m. and you might get to eat breakfast with the HOG Chapter.

The event raises money for brain cancer research. It's a great cause, and we should have great weather. See you there?

Odds N Ends...

NEW D&S STUFF: We just a new pin in stock featuring our Vintage Guy on a gold background. It sells for $6, and is available at the MotorClothes® Apparel counter -- and very soon -- in the STORE section of our website. We'll also be offering D&S "dip dots" online for all you collectors. We give ours away for a $5 to Children's Miracle Network. And, we just added two new T-shirts to our online collection.
