The Rides of March
We know it's still cold out there, so we're offering you a beautiful new Harley-Davidson Travel Blanket to keep you warm between rides. (click to view blanket) Just spend $250 on Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories, Motorclothes or Collectibles, and it's all yours. This promotion is offered from March 1 through April 15, or as supplies last.
If you're planning a long ride this summer, or just want to be more comfortable on your bike, be sure to attend a seminar by physical therpist Terry Weyers, Saturday, March 18. Terry is a longtime Harley rider who will help you make the adjustments you avoid back pain, leg cramps or shoulder fatigue. The seminar starts in our HOG Room at noon. Cost is $10.
In April, we're going to try to bring back our "Day For Women Who Ride." It's a day for women who love motorcycles to socialize and learn a bit, have lunch, raise money for the Komen Foundation and -- this year -- take a ride! The date is Saturday, April 22. We will some have short informational sessions from 10 to noon, a catered lunch, and then a ride afterward. If you're interested in attending, or have ideas for this year's event, please e-mail terrie@dsharley.com
In May, it's our annual Bikers Have Heart event. Each year we raise a few thousand dollars to help specific children in our area who have life-threatening illnesses and need money for a specific purpose. We've helped kids have surgeries, buy equipment, and even helped one mom buy a car so she could get her daughter to chemotherapy treatments. This year we will also host a raffle of a new Harley to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network. So, plan on being here Saturday, May 6.
Finally, we have a great selection of new bikes on the floor for spring -- from the badboy Street Bob, to the streamlined Street Glide, but with the weather changing, they won't last long. If you'd like to put your name on one, e-mail our Sales Manager, Lori Nelson, at lori@dsharley.com
Enjoy the day, and as always, ride safe out there, okay?
In fact, we got it up to 20% off!
Just sit down for half an hour with our Chrome Consultant and we'll give an additional 10% off your Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories!
(That's a total of 20% off if you're a member of our VIP Club!) The offer is good from now through March 31.
Our Chrome Consultant, Josh Nelson, is trained to help you design the Harley of your dreams. In his Chrome Consulting Corner, you'll find catalogs, photos, and a high-speed internet connection that helps you see your bike -- just the way you want it.

New Events Calendar
Do you know what's happening for Harley riders this month? We do. Check out our new Events Calendar on our website. Its full of rides, runs, and things to do from now til December. If you want to add an event to our list, just send it to us at: sales@dsharley.com.
We just want to say thanks for helping D&S Harley-Davidson reach the "Garner Circle of Giving" for the Rogue Valley Medical Center. Thanks to your generosity at our many events, our donations to Children's Miracle Network now total over $50,000!
Thanks for all you do, out there in the community, everyday!
Give us $100, we'll turn it into $500
Here's the deal:
1. Buy a new 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle anytime between March 15 and May 6.
2. Give us a check for $100 toward Bikers Have Heart -- our annual fundraiser for local children who have life-threatening illnesses.
And 3. -- We'll give you $500 to buy Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories, MotorClothes® Apparel or Collectibles.
We don't care how you spend it -- add a sissy bar or saddlebags, or deck yourself out in a new jacket and chaps. What we do care about is raising over $10,000 for a couple of kids in our community who need our help. Our annual event will be held on Saturday, May 6, and will include a Yahtzee Run, drawings, silent auction and a party in the parking lot.
Please note: Your $500 must be used the day you purchase the bike. It can not be applied to the price of the motorcycle, or to service labor.
For more information, contact Sales Manager Lori Nelson at lori@dsharley.com.
It's spring, and we've got new merchandise rolling in every day. Put the kickstand down and pour yourself a cup of coffee, chomp on some popcorn -- even check your e-mail on our internet station in the waiting room upstairs. Take a few moments and tell us a story. Zip us a photo or a tall tale about your latest Harley-Davidson adventure. We'd love to hear what's new with you...
