Spring into Riding Season!

There's nothing better than spring in Oregon -- a little rain, a lot of beautiful skies, and just enough sunshine to get the bike out of the garage every chance you can.

We're hard at work here at D&S, coming up with reasons for you to ride in the coming months. Keep an eye on our calendar for the latest events, seminars and meetings.

For those of you in the market for a new Harley, our President's Day Sale continues through Feb. 20. Save $500 on every bike in stock.

In March, we'll help you learn to be more comfortable on your bike, with a seminar by physical therapist Terry Weyers. Terry is a longtime Harley rider who will help you make the adjustments you need to make long rides without back pain, leg cramps or shoulder fatigue. Meet in the HOG Room Saturday, March 18, at noon. Cost is $10.

In April, we're going to try to bring back our "Day For Women Who Ride." It's a day for women who love motorcycles to socialize and learn a bit, have lunch, raise money for the Komen Foundation and -- this year -- take a ride!  We'll let you know which day and which way as soon as we can. In May, it's our annual Bikers Have Heart event. Each year we raise a few thousand dollars to help specific children in our area who have life-threatening illnesses and need money for a specific purpose. We've helped kids have surgeries, buy equipment, and even helped one mom buy a car so she could get her daughter to chemotherapy treatments. This year we will also host a raffle of a new Harley to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network. So, plan on being here Saturday, May 5.
